What Information Helps Us Prepare an Accurate Quote?
You do not need to prepare a detailed inventory. A short description and a few clear photos are often the best starting point.

- type of property,
- floor and whether a lift is available,
- parking and access conditions,
- cellar, attic, garage or outbuildings if included.
What needs to be removed
- a short description of the rooms or areas,
- main furniture and larger items,
- any unusually heavy or difficult-to-access items,
- a few clear photos of the contents,
- photos of the access route where relevant.
If the first photos or description are not enough for an accurate quote, we will contact you by phone or email and ask for the additional information we need.

If You Are Currently Outside Hungary
You can still request a quote in English. Tell us where you are, how access to the property could be arranged and whether a neighbour, property manager, family member or another authorised person can assist locally.
Personal presence is not always necessary, but the practical arrangements depend on the individual property and access conditions. We will confirm what is possible before the job is scheduled.
About the Price
The quotation is based on the actual scope of work and the information available to us. The amount and type of items, access conditions, floor level and lift availability, parking conditions or the carrying distance between the property and our vehicle, number of trips required and property location can all be relevant.
The scope and price are agreed before the clearance. If the requested scope changes materially, any additional work must be discussed before it is carried out.
Container placement, container transport and skip hire are not available.
